Shubham-ATB - Small Sewage Treatment Plants

What is the need of sewage treatment plant?

Due to the environmental pollution and irresponsible human being, day by day there is a scarcity of fresh and pure water from natural resources. It is assumed that the period will come when even after paying the money; there will be shortage in supply of water.
Shubham-ATB - Small Sewage Treatment Plants
Imagining the worst position in future, the set up of sewage water treatment plant is mainly focused by every building of the society. The green building also helps in saving and recycling of water. It also serves the additional purpose of energy saving.

 From where does sewage come?

Sewage consists of waste materials coming from toilets, washroom, kitchen, and so forth. It can be said that sewage is generated from the different areas of industrial, commercial, and residential. The disposal effluents from the sewage treatment is used in various ways like for toilet flushing, gardening, car washing, floor cleaning, etc. It is meant to say that Sewage effluents are used in all such purposes which are not related to hygiene. It aims to reduce the use of freshwater.

Importance of Shubham-ATB fully automatic sewage plant

Shubham-ATB fully automatic sewage plant caters to the need of minimum 5 people a day to 1000 people a day. With the help of Shubham-ATB it is possible to transport the higher ability to design, construct, and fix the commission plants of various capacities and technologies. It avails an extensive service in providing wastewater treatment to residential and commercial complexes. Many other places like farm houses, bungalows, project sites, and manufacturing units, etc. are given the same services by it.

I-McWater by Shubham India

I-McWater

In the current Scenario, small wastewater treatment plants have become very much complicated. Many developments in the branch have only taken place because they were possible – not because they are necessary.

In general, A standard SBR (Sequential batch Rector) having a small capacity wastewater treatment plant have up to 4 solenoid valves or pumps, which can malfunction anytime. The control systems have ever more functions and ever more sensors, which can fail or stop Functioning. Many firms even offer to equip the small wastewater treatment plants with an internet connection in order, in this way, to monitor the function. The result is that operation, scheduled servicing, and repair of the plants have become increasingly complicated in recent years.

Making Ease of Operation& keeping it simple & secure, shubham has brought German Technology called I-McWater by ATB for Small size Waste Water Treatment Plant like individual bungalows, farmhouses and even for ……… Applications

I-McWater by Shubham India

The water flows via the primary settling stage
(1) into the SBR tank
(2). The intermittent aeration takes place in the SBR tank, and that so long until the mechanical ball valve
(3) float activates the air flow pump
(4) due to the higher water level. First, through this activation, the sludge return flow takes place in several short pump strokes. Now follows the settling. With this, the sludge sinks in the SBR tank. The airlift pump is activated again and now transports the treated water out of the plant
(7). A valve
(6) integrated into the outlet differentiates between short pump strokes (= excess sludge draw-off) and longer pump operation (= clarified water draw-off). With minimum water level, the airflow is again switched from the airlift pump to the pipe aerator
(8). The sequence starts again from new. The cycle is thus not controlled time-dependent but rather water level-dependent.

Why I-McWater
  • I-McWater is simple
  • I-McWater is economical
  • I-McWater is Clean
  • I-McWater is Secure
Now, let us understand why it is simple
  • I-McWater has Only one airlift pump – through this fewer components have to be installed.
  • Only one air hose – the laying of lines between the control unit/blower and the plant has been simplified.
  • No solenoid valve but rather a robust, ATB own developed ball valve float controls the air flow directly without electrical energy – purely physically.
  • Simple operation of the control system as the process has only a few functions.
  • The sampling facility is already integrated.
How I-McWater is economical
  • I-McWater saves energy. The water is pumped once only. Conventional SBR wastewater plants transport the water twice. – Low electricity
  • The service life of the blower is high. As the water is transported once only, the blower, as a result, runs less – Less chock up & rewinding cost
  • Negligible power consumption per occupant and year is approximately 30 kWh/PT pa.
  • Low maintenance costs as no solenoid valves or pumps have been employed.
How I-McWater is clean
  • Shubham's I-McWater capacity simply adjusts itself to the situation either it can be under loading or with inflow peaks
  • Its design is interconnected with Primary settling stage and SBR chamber . in case of fluctuating load, it will serve the purpose of a buffer resulting through this ensures a better treatment performance The retention time of the wastewater is increased significantly.
  • For satisfactory security and an increase in the service life, we always employ at least 80 Watt blowers. I-McWater thus always has sufficient performance reserves.
  • Shubham's I-McWater safely meets the strict Pollution control Board norms limiting values for BOD less than 30 mg/l. and COD less than 100 mg/l.
How I-McWater is secure
  • No fault-prone solenoid valves, no pumps in the wastewater.
  • I-McWater operates according to the SBR process. As I-McWater operates according to the actual wastewater produced; sudden unexpected fluctuations in inflow can also be treated securely.
  • I-McWater has also gone through additional overload and under load situations on an accredited test facility.
  • I-McWater is supplied with the proven and technically mature control system on the basis of the

Membrane and Separation - Shubham India

Membrane filtration can be a very efficient and economical way of separating components that are suspended or dissolved in a liquid. The membrane is a physical barrier that allows certain compounds to pass through, depending on their physical and/or chemical properties. Membranes commonly consist of a porous support layer with a thin dense layer on top that forms the actual membrane. Types of Membrane filtration based on membrane pore sizes are described below;
